TBP Teachers Hit the Road on the Timeless Teaching Tour!

TBP Teachers Hit the Road on the Timeless Teaching Tour!

While students enjoyed a day off on September 26, Trinity Basin Preparatory teachers were hard at work—but with a fun twist! Teachers packed their “bags” and set out on the Timeless Teaching Tour, a road trip through the decades designed to highlight strategies that never go out of style.

Each department brought the energy by dressing in decade-inspired outfits while diving into professional learning that drives student success:

  • Math & Special Pops (90’s Theme): “Problem-Solving Like It’s 1999!”

  • Literacy & Early Childhood (80’s Theme): “Reading Rocks: Turn the Page to Success!”

  • Science & Social Studies (70’s Theme): “Disco, Data, & Discovery!”

  • Specials & Electives (70’s Theme): “Peace, Love, and Specials”

  • Support Staff (60’s Theme): “The Heartbeat of Help, Hippie Style”

The halls of TBP were filled with retro vibes, bright colors, and plenty of smiles as teachers collaborated, learned, and celebrated the power of timeless teaching. It wasn’t just a day of professional growth—it was a celebration of creativity, teamwork, and the passion TBP teachers bring to their classrooms every day.

What a groovy way to prepare for student success!
